Setoyaki is a generic name for ceramic produced in Seto City of Aichi Prefecture, and near it. A representative Japanese noble with a thousand years of history and tradition. It is also known as the source of Rokuko kilns along with Tokonama, Shigaraku, Echizen, Tamba, and Bizen. Ofukai, is a glaze with the name that was created from the place of Oshii Tokugawa family of Okifukawa pottery in the Nagoya Castle. The texture of each piece is different depending on the conditions of the kiln and flame. Great for entertaining and gift giving.
